Maria impressed me with her knowledge of Albuquerque and surrounding areas. I was coming in from out of state to view properties so it was important to have someone who was on the spot with properties and up to date on their status. Maria was also a mine of information on areas as we drove to properties - pointing out hiking areas, good restaurants, schools, parks, etc., When it came to making an offer on my chosen property Maria was invaluable in giving her advice on a $ amount to put forward.
